To face up to our German friends, the Main Square Festival needed an artist with a strong character - a representative of girl power who isn’t easily taken in. And we’ve managed it - the incredible P!NK will fill the festival’s main stage with an explosive early evening show on 4 July.  

And make no mistake about it - she’s not afraid of anything! Certainly not of sharing the bill with Rammstein. She’s never been afraid to claim her feelings or speak her mind. «I have no choice. It’s what I do.» Indeed it is what P!nk does

With a clever blend of melancholy love songs and fun, upbeat and feisty rock anthems, this singer-song writer has conquered the whole world. Known as the Bad Girl, she is probably the best pop performer of the moment. And as demonstrated by the success of her world tour, which followed the release of the album Funhouse, the tattooed rebel with the heart of an angel carries it off to perfection. Her stage presence is matched by very few bands - she takes risks, pulling off acrobatics and technical prowess.

It is also for her particular brand of slight madness that, although it may seem improbable, we thought she was an important choice for a really out of the ordinary evening.
