The camping site, easy to reach by foot from the festival ground, has been specially laid and equiped near the fortificated citadel (You will need about 15minutes from the Citadel). It is situated on the same level as the avenue Jean Zay and the Savary high school. Shuttles will ensure the transport between the station and the camping site.

A haven of peace where you’ll be able to rest, after an intense day of concerts. Moreover, it’s the best way to take advantage of the festival and of its mood:

•You’re the first to be on the site

•You’ll be the last to leave the artists

•You won’t have any difficulty to go back home ; no car and no traffic jam.

All of that in an atmosphere full of exchanges and warm understanding. Don’t forget it and don’t be long booking your ticket!

ATTENTION: Vehicles aren’t allowed on the Campsite.

If you plan to come with a Camping Car, you won’t be able to access into the campsite. Dedicated areas will be available. More info coming soon…

The campsite opening is scheduled for Friday, June 30th at noon and the doors will stay open during the whole festival. It will close at noon on Monday, July 3rd.

If you booked only 1 night, you will have to leave your space before noon the next morning.

Managed by a team of 20 people available for replying to your requests, the campsite we offer is provided with several elements of comfort:

  • warm individual showers (2 Euros)
  • toilets
  • a festival shop

and some surprises…

 

Activities will be offered during your stay.

Don’t feel like dragging your tent, air mattress or camping gear to the Main Square? Just save yourself the trouble and book a FestiTent! Our hosts will pre-pitch for you a 1-, 2- or 4-person FestiTent before you arrive at the Main Square campsite.

We do all the heavy lifting for you, so you only have to bring your “festival essentials”. Enjoy the festival without waiting in line and avoid fighting with tent poles. You can check in whenever it suits you because a premium camping spot will be reserved even if you arrive a little later. Easy & Relaxed, no hassle but a lot of glory!

Carefree camping at Main Square is possible starting from € 15 pp/pn.

Check-in & Check-out

 

FestiTent voucher

Once your booking is completed, you’ll receive an email as payment confirmation. Our Guest Support then checks and confirms your booking. Shortly after you’ll receive an email with your FestiTent voucher. This voucher only gives you access to your FestiTent, not to the festival nor the campsite. The entrance tickets to the festival and campsite must be purchased separately in the ticket shop of the festival.

Is your spam filter stronger than our vouchers? No problem, you can download your voucher straight from the FestiTent Guest Center.

A few days before you travel to the festival, you’ll receive an email from us with additional information about the location and check-in.

 

Check-In

Hooray you made it! After entering the campsite, proceed immediately to the FestiTent reception. Our FestiTent Hosts will be awaiting you to guide you to your FestiTent. You can check-in by handing in your voucher. In case you have lost your voucher (your dog ate it, your printer ran out of ink just when you tried to print it or your phone ran out of power) we will look up your name in our check-in system. No worries! During check-in we will inspect together if your FestiTent is damage-free and fill in a check-in form.

 

Check-Out

Come over to the FestiTent reception when you want to check out. We will inspect together if your FestiTent survived the weekend. If everything is ok, your deposit will be refunded the day after. From then it’s out of our hands. Depending on your payment method it can take several weeks before you will see it appear on your account.

For your safety and the other ones, some things are not allowed on the campsite:

 

– Cars, motorbikes, trailers, caravans, camper vans, etc. They endanger camping safety.

– Glass, sharp objects, weapons

– Tapping equipment and/or more than 6 cans of soft drink and/or beer per person (MAX 2LITERS).

– For safety reasons big gas burners and installations are forbidden by order of the fire department. However, simple camping gas burners with small cartridges will be allowed.

– Generators cause extra trouble for all those would like to catch some sleep and they constitute an additional safety hazard. Leave them at home for they will not be allowed on the campsite.

– (Small) fires, torches, candles, cookers, charcoal BBQ, etc.: fire is dangerous, especially with so many tents together. So it is strictly forbidden to makes open fires!

– Pets. Except for guide dogs

– Music equipment: on pain of confiscation! Keep the noise down! Some people would like to get some sleep!

– Commercial activities

– It is forbidden to hand out flyers or any other promotional material.

– Drugs and any other illegal substances.

The campsite is reserved for people over 16 years old or accompanied by at least 1 adult.
